common questions
We’re here to answer your questions.
What makes the F2000 PLUS B SPECIAL different from the standard F2000 PLUS B?
Chevron down icon
The F2000 PLUS B SPECIAL is engineered for processors that need maximum output with fewer interruptions. It adds an extended hopper, longer conveyor belt, and pneumatic wire cleaning system to keep production moving during long runs.
How much production can the F2000 PLUS B SPECIAL handle?
Chevron down icon
The machine is capable of producing up to 3,600 cycles per hour, making it an excellent solution for high-volume meat processing facilities, central kitchens, commissaries, and supermarket production departments.
How does the extended hopper improve productivity?
Chevron down icon
A larger hopper means fewer stops to reload product. Operators spend more time producing and less time refilling the machine, helping maximize throughput during heavy production days.
What is the benefit of the longer conveyor?
Chevron down icon
The extended conveyor gives operators additional time and space for product handling, packaging, stacking, or transferring formed patties to downstream equipment.
What does the pneumatic wire drum cleaner do?
Chevron down icon
The integrated pneumatic wire cleaner helps maintain a clean drum, giving consistent products every cycle. The pneumatic wire cleaner alleviates the need for the operator to operate the wire cleaner. This is perfect for larger production facilities as well as stickier product such as chicken, pork, and blends.
Can the machine produce different patty sizes and shapes?
Chevron down icon
Yes. Various drum configurations are available, allowing processors to produce products that fit their specific requirements and merchandising standards.
Is the F2000 PLUS B SPECIAL suitable for fresh ground beef?
Chevron down icon
Yes. The machine is specifically suited for forming fresh ground beef patties while maintaining consistent product size and appearance. You can also use this machine for other meats (such as chicken, pork, lamb, etc.) and blends. The video on this page is a customer doing mashed potatoes.
Can the machine improve product consistency?
Chevron down icon
Absolutely. Automated forming delivers more uniform product weight, shape, thickness, and appearance than manual forming, helping improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
How does the machine help reduce labor costs?
Chevron down icon
Instead of dedicating employees to hand-forming patties, one operator can efficiently oversee production while producing hundreds or thousands of consistent portions per hour.
Is the machine easy to clean?
Chevron down icon
Yes. The machine is designed for commercial food production environments where sanitation and daily cleaning are critical requirements.
What certifications does the machine carry?
Chevron down icon
The F2000 PLUS B SPECIAL is NSF and ETL certified.
What kind of return on investment can customers expect?
Chevron down icon
Many customers recover their investment through labor savings, improved throughput, reduced product giveaway, and better production consistency. High-volume users often see the fastest payback because of the labor eliminated from manual forming processes.
