F1000N

The ABM entry-level patty forming machine delivers professional-grade output in a compact footprint, making it an accessible and space-efficient solution for operations of any size. Powered by a ½ HP (.37kW) motor, it runs at a fixed speed capable of producing up to 1,560 cycles per hour — keeping your line moving without complexity. Built for easy daily use, it features a stainless steel feed paddle, a manual wire cleaner for the drum, and a standard 15⅜" conveyor belt, all designed to be broken down and cleaned quickly with no specialized tools required. The hopper holds approximately 22 pounds (16 liters) of product, and the machine carries both NSF and ETL certifications. A range of drum shapes are available separately, including standard round molds up to 5.12" in diameter, double and triple configurations in oval, rectangular, and square, and specialty shapes such as fish, cutlet, chicken nugget, heart, and pork chop. Product weight is easily adjusted by changing the mold die depth, with a maximum thickness of 1¼" — giving operators precise control over portioning without added equipment or downtime.

Upgrading to the SPECIAL model includes the longer conveyor, larger hopper, pneumatic wire cleaner, and a standard paper attachment, with no wheeled support table.
